Best Wedibox alternatives in 2026

Wedibox is good, and its free tier and embed widget are things most rivals do not offer. Couples usually look elsewhere when they notice the upload window is shorter on the cheaper plans.

Why couples go looking

Wedibox is a one-time payment, it has a real free tier, and it embeds into a site you already own. Those are genuine advantages. The reason people still end up comparing is the upload window.

It moves with the plan. Three months on Embed at $29, six months on Wedding at $49, twelve months on All-In-One at $79. If you compared entry prices and assumed the clock was the same across the range, it is worth a second look before you buy.

The free tier is a trial, not a wedding. Fifty guest photo uploads is enough to prove the idea works. A hundred guests sharing one photo each passes it twice over.

What to check on any alternative

How long can guests upload? This is the number that varies most across this category, and it is rarely the headline.

How long can you download afterwards? A separate clock, often a different figure.

Does the cheapest plan cap uploads? Some do, some do not. It is worth knowing which before the day rather than after.

The options

What else is worth a look.

  1. Wedibox

Worth staying put for the free tier, or if you want the gallery inside a wedding website you already built. Free covers 50 guest photo uploads, Embed is $29, Wedding $49, All-In-One $79.

Best for: Couples with an existing wedding site, or who want RSVP, seating and meals in the same purchase.

  2. Kululu

Free tier and a live photo wall during the event. Plus is $39 for up to 500 uploads, Pro is $99 for unlimited.

Best for: A free trial, or a reception where photos on a screen matter.

Uploads are capped at 100 on Free and 500 on Plus, and the free plan keeps them for seven days.

We have only listed figures we could read on a company's own pricing page. Where a price is not published openly, we say so rather than guess. Checked 23 August 2026.

Questions

Before you switch.

The upload window. It runs three months on the $29 Embed plan and six months on the $49 Wedding plan. Twelve months only arrives on All-In-One at $79, so couples comparing entry prices sometimes find the clock shorter than they expected.

For seeing whether guests will use a QR gallery, yes. For a wedding, fifty guest photo uploads goes quickly. A hundred guests sharing one photo each would pass it twice over.

Posy at $29 for up to 50 guests, which includes 12 months of access. On Wedibox a 12 month upload window is the $79 All-In-One plan.

Not among the apps here. Wedibox's Embed plan is the one that does it, which is a fair reason to stay if you have already built a site you like.
